Accessing the Client Page



Log in to your Claras account
On the left hand navigation, click the Clients icon
Click the client's name to access their individual page

Key Features



1. Clarity+



At the top of the page, you'll see the Clarity+ section. This feature draws insights from your last five file notes, helping you turn client interactions into actionable information.

Why it's useful


Quick access to key financial information
Helps you tailor your advice to the client's specific situation
Allows you to spot potential opportunities or areas of concern
Quickly update a client's name if it's incorrect

2. File Notes



In the second tab, you'll find a list of all file notes for this client.

Search functionality: Use the search bar to quickly find specific notes or keywords
Chronological order: Notes are displayed with the most recent at the top
At-a-glance status: Each note shows the status - whether it's in progress, completed or archived

How to use it effectively


Regularly review past notes before client meetings
Use the search function to quickly recall specific discussions or decisions
Ensure all notes are marked as 'Completed' once finalised
