Using Claras with Microsoft Teams

Connect your Microsoft Teams account to Claras to save time and clicks.
This feature is designed to streamline your workflow and improve collaboration within your teams, making it easier than ever to manage your meetings and client interactions.



1. Connect your Microsoft Teams account to Claras


To connect Teams, view your profile page (bottom left of the screen in Claras).
In the Integrations section, click Connect and follow the prompts.
Once connected successfully, you'll see a green confirmation message:



2. Record your Teams meetings


At the start of your meetings, ensure you're recording.
The Teams recording will automatically stop when you end the meeting.

Pro-tip: Enable meeting transcripts in Teams - Claras will create your file notes much faster!



3. Import the meeting recording and create your file note


Log in to Claras and create a new meeting from the Schedule page, or click into a meeting you previously created.
Click Upload Recording.



Click the Microsoft Teams tab - you'll see your 10 most recent meetings listed.
If Teams isn't connected, follow the prompts - you'll be taken back to your profile page to connect.



Select the Teams meeting to import the recording or transcript, and click Done.
Click Start Processing to create your file note!
