Quick Start (2-minute workflow)



Schedule Your Client Meeting
- Navigate to the Meetings tab
- Create a new meeting (can be past or future)
- Add your client's details
- Select a pre-built template that matches your meeting type

Record Your Meeting
For virtual meetings:
- Use Teams/Zoom's built-in recording
- Upload to Claras after the meeting ends

For in-person meetings:
- Record directly in Claras using your laptop
- Or use your phone's voice memo app and upload afterwards

Pro-tips for recording:
- Do a backup recording on your phone for your first meeting
- Use a Bluetooth mic for clearer audio quality
- Test audio levels before starting

Generate File Note and Email
- Upload or save your recording
- Click the green 'Finalise' button
- Wait while Claras does its magic:
- Protects sensitive client information
- Structures your file note
- Creates a client-ready email

Review and Polish
- Edit directly on screen using the formatting toolbar
- Use the refine button if you'd like to make changes
- Export as formatted HTML for your CRM or download as Word
